Each week we will work through pranayama, energy locks, mantra, movement, stillness, bandhas, sound, song and deep state meditation to move energy through the body. Each week we get together for a 2 hour session, the sessions are 80% practice, and 20% theory. You will have access to the full series online, as well as the specific Yoga Nidra to support the integration from one chakra into to the next.
